Order Processing and Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Order Changes: For any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.

Address Accuracy: Ensure that you enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to provide the correct address and pay the shipping fee for resending.

Refunds Policy

Eligibility: airEkey offers a 90-day return policy for hardware purchases only. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process: Refunds will cover the full order amount minus shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Subscription fees are non-refundable if the product has been working correctly. To request a refund, email us at hello@airekey.com with your serial number(s) and reason for return.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at hello@airekey.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Return Notification: You will receive an email once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:

  • North America: FedEx, DHL, UPS

If I lose the order info, is there a possibility of exchange, return or benefit from the warranty

Unfortunately, without the original order info, we regret that we cannot complete the return, exchange. The device will be repaired for an additional fee, and you will be notified by the maintenance center.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.

Can I get a full refund?

If the product is returned due to a defect in the product or a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or incorrect delivery of the product, the customer will not be charged any shipping fees or bank transfer fee.
In case the product is returned for other reasons (i.e. the customer needs to exchange the product or changed his mind), the customer will be required to pay the shipping fees or bank transfer fees.
The amounts will be returned in the same way they were paid. Credit card refunds take 7 to 14 business days depending on the customer's bank.
