Can I install the WELOCK smart lock myself?

WELOCK smart locks are easy to install and can usually be installed by yourself in a few minutes. No technical knowledge, drilling or special tools are required.

For the WELOCK PCB41 plus, how many passwords and RFID cards may be added?

10 administrators (the first administrator must be a password) and 190 users can be added to the WELOCK PCB41, for a total of 200 passwords and cards.

For example, if you set up 2 administrator passwords, then you can set up 8 administrator cards; if you add 100 user passwords, then you can add 90 user cards.

For the WELOCK PCB41 plus, which languages can be supported on the lock?

English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Polish

Is it possible to open the door remotely?

Yes, when your WELOCK smart lock is connected to WIFIBOX3 bridge (sold separately), you can unlock and manage the lock from anywhere via WELOCK APP.

What is the WELOCK smart lock's power supply method? What happens if the battery runs out?

WELOCK smart lock is powered by three AAA batteries with a battery life of 10 months. When the batteries run out, you can unlock the door using the emergency power function. Simply connect a power bank supply to the USB port on the lock to temporarily power the lock and unlock it via the WELOCK APP (not rechargeable). In addition, the door lock will alert you when the battery is low so that you can replace the battery in time; you can also check the power level in the APP.
