Who are airEkey for?

AirEkey was created to streamline the time and cost of check-in services for hotels, apartments or vacation rentals.

We have developed an integrated solution, hardware and software, for hotels and apartments intended for hospitality use, which allows remote opening, through the smartphone, of the door of the accommodation and which automates all aspects of check-in and check-out, including guest recognition and payment for upselling services.

How can airEkey help me to optimize the hospitality in my hotel?

AirEkey can lighten the work of the reception by automating the handling of paperwork and the sale of extra services through the online check-in service (airEkey Digital) and can make any hotel smart by having an opening service from the web app h24 through smart automation devices (airEkey Smart Lock).

Is airEkey compatible with all doors?

AirEkey is compatible with all European profile cylinder doors (armored and not).


How long does the installation take?

Before purchasing our service, we would like you to provide us with a photo of the door to confirm if it is suitable for installation. We do not provide installation service for airEkey smart locks. The airekey smart locks are very easy to install in less than 10 minutes and we will provide detailed instructions and installation videos.
